Refund policy
Warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty established under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse or improper care
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by contact with water, chemicals, perfumes, or cosmetics
Returns and Exchanges
If a product arrives damaged, the user must notify Dos Besos within 48 hours of receipt via email.
Returns must:
Be requested via email to support@dosbesos.eu
Include the original packaging
Be unused and in perfect condition
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Spanish consumer law, users have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar daysfrom receipt of the product.
To exercise this right, the user must notify Dos Besos by email. The refund will be issued within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned product in perfect condition.
