Our pieces are crafted in borosilicate glass — a material known for its clarity, lightness and exceptional resistance. Each design is shaped by hand and fired at 1200°C, following a process that blends technique, intuition and precision.
Our sizes
Our rings are fabricated by hand, but we have three sizes espacially for you.
XS, S, M, and L.
We work with two approaches:
Solid glass pieces, sculpted directly in the flame, and blown glass pieces, created with intentionally thick walls to ensure strength and durability. Both methods demand expertise, and each piece carries the unique signature of the artisan who shaped it.
Because of this handmade nature, no two pieces will ever be exactly alike. Small variations in form, proportion or movement are part of their identity.
This is especially true for earrings: pairs are matched, but never identical — a subtle asymmetry that speaks to the beauty of handcraft.
Small Batches & Availability
Each item is produced in limited stock. Once this initial batch sells out, pieces from the same collection may become available again, but only in very small drops depending on atelier capacity and material availability.

Made On Demand
Some pieces will be available on demand.
This means the piece is made specifically for you, following the same artisanal process and standards used for our limited stock.
On-demand items require 5 to 15 days of production time.
This window allows our team to work carefully, avoid overlapping orders and ensure every piece leaves the atelier in perfect condition.
Warranty & Care
Our borosilicate glass jewelry is crafted one by one, shaped by fire, and built to last. Although glass is resilient by nature and our technique reinforces its strength, no material is completely unbreakable. Our warranty exists to ensure you feel supported, protected and taken care of from the moment your piece arrives.
3-Month Warranty.
All pieces are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery.
This coverage includes:
Manufacturing defects that may appear or were not detectable during quality control
Pieces that arrive damaged due to shipping
Structural issues linked to the artisanal crafting process
In these cases, once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and take care of the repair or replacement at no cost to you.
About Accidental Damage
We understand that life happens.
If your piece suffers an accidental fall or impact within the warranty period, we will gladly evaluate it in our atelier.
Because this type of damage is external to the production process, the shipping costs for returning the item may be covered by the client.
However, to keep the experience smooth and fair, our team will first assess the situation through photos or video and confirm the next steps before any label is issued.
After the Warranty Period
We continue to offer repairs beyond the 3-month coverage.
Some pieces can be easily restored; others—especially those made from a single continuous piece of glass—may need to be fully re-crafted.
In every case, we will:
Evaluate the piece
Determine the repair possibilities
Provide a quote and estimated timeframe
Shipping arrangements will also be confirmed based on the nature of the repair.
How to Request Support

Exchanges & Returns
Dos Besos pieces are handcrafted, shaped individually in the flame, and created with intention. We want you to love what you receive — but if something doesn’t feel right, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or return.
How to Send Your Return
You can return a piece in two ways:
1. Using your own carrier
You’re welcome to ship the item back using your preferred postal or courier service.
Please note that Dos Besos cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged when sent through personal carriers.
2. Using a Dos Besos return label
If you prefer, we can provide a prepaid return label.
For exchanges, the cost of this label will be charged to the customer.
For returns, the cost of the label will be deducted from the final refund amount.
We will confirm the exact amount before issuing your label.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be:
Unused and in perfect condition
Returned with all original packaging and components
Shipped securely to avoid damage during transit
Once the piece arrives at our HQ, our team will inspect it. Exchanges or refunds can only be processed if the item meets the required conditions.
